Zsyntetyzowane związki zostały przebadane in vitro na ludzkich monocytach i limfocytach w Akademii Medycznej w Gdańsku. Niektóre z nich wykazały szybsze i skuteczniejsze działanie w porównaniu z tuftsyną.
