PublicationW pracy przeanalizowano 31 czekolad: 14 ciemnych, 14 mlecznych i 3 białe. Czekolady te pochodziły od 14 różnych producentów. Na opakowaniach 12 badanych czekolad znajdowała się informacja, że zawierają one tłuszcze CBE, przy czym w 4 z nich zawartość tych tłuszczów przekraczała dozwolone 5%.
