PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań docierania porowatej powłoki ceramicznej Cr2O3 naniesionej na podłoże stalowe. Analizowano wydajność obróbki i chropowatość powierzchni podłoża. Przeanalizowano jak zmieniała się średnia gęstość badanych powłok w zakresie zmiany ich grubości w czasie docierania. Zasygnalizowano jaki wpływ może mieć porowatość powłoki na zakłócenia związane z odczytem parametrów chropowatości.

Porowate nanostruktury anatazu wytwarzane z Ti oraz TiO2 metodą PLD
PublicationNiniejsza praca dotyczy wytwarzania cienkich warstw dwutlenku tytanu metodą PLD. Za pomocą technik spektroskopowych zbadany został wpływ wartości ciśnienia gazu osłonowego na otrzymywane struktury krystaliczne w warstwach. Obserwowano także zależność uzyskanych faz krystalicznych od rodzaju odparowywanego materiału.

Stereometria warstwy wierzchniej porowatej powłoki ceramicznej po docieraniu
PublicationOmówiono strukturę geometryczną powierzchni warstwy wierzchniej porowatej powłoki ceramicznej po docieraniu. Parametry chropowatości analizowano dla powłoki Cr2O3. Zauważono, że do oceny stereometrii tego typu powierzchni przydatnym jest stosowane niektórych parametrów chropowatości wyznaczanych na podstawie krzywej udziału nośnego.

Wpływ grubości porowatej powłoki ceramicznej na proces docierania.
PublicationW pracy omówiono proces docierania porowatej powłoki ceramicznej (trójtlenku chromu) w rozróżnieniu dla trzech wstępnych grubości naniesionych powłok. Przeanalizowano wpływ tego parametru na przebieg procesu i rezultaty obróbki. Wyniki badań wykazały istotny wpływ początkowej grubości powłok, w których porowatość charakteryzowała się niejednorodnością na przekroju poprzecznym badanych powłok.

Przejmowanie ciepła przy wrzeniu na poziomym pęku rur z powłoką porowatą
PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych wrzenia wody, metanolu i R141b na poziomym pęku 19 rurek, ogrzewanych elektrycznie. Zaprezentowano lokalne, tj. odniesione do poszczególnych rurek, jak i średnie dla całego pęku rur, współczynniki przejmowania ciepła. Zaproponowano równania korelacyjne do obliczania średniego współczynnika przejmowania ciepła przy wrzeniu na pęku rur gładkich i z powłoką porowatą.
