Atom chromu jest koordynowany przez 0,S-chelatujący tri-tert-butoksysilanotiolanowy ligand oraz dodatkowy ligand - czasteczkę tetrahydrofuranu. Geometrię ligandów wokół atomu chromu można opisać jako piramidę o podstawie kwadratu, z czasteczką tetrahydrofuranu w pozycji wierzchołkowej. Związek ten posiada dwukrotną oś symetrii.
