Anality zostały wybrane spośród najczęsciej sprzedawanych leków w Polsce. Sprawdzono kilka różnych kolumienek ekstrakcyjnych i wybrano RP-18 jako najlepsze wypełnienie do wzbogacania oznaczanych związków.
