Cytochromes P-450: specyfic enzymes involved in metabolism of endogenous substances and xenobiotics
PublicationCytochromy P-450 to grupa enzymów hemoproteinowych występujących w prawie wszystkich organizmach żywych. Substratami tych enzymów są zarówno substancje endogenne jak i ksenobiotyki, włączając w to leki, dodatki do żywności oraz zanieczyszczenia środowiska. W pracy omówiono rolę polimorfizmu oraz indukcji P-450 w metabolizmie leków przeciwnowotworowych.

NADPH-Cytochrome P-450 reductase in strongly involved in activating metabolic transformatios of 9-amino-1-nitroacridine antitumor agents
PublicationCelem pracy było wyjaśnienie roli reduktazy cytochromu P-450 jaką odgrywa ten enzym w przemianach metabolicznych dwóch związków przeciwnowotworowych z grupy pochodnych 1-nitroakrydyny. Zastosowano metodę HPLC do rozdziału metabolitów, a badania struktur przeprowadzono stosując metodę ESI-MS. Wykazano, że badana reduktaza jest zaangażowana bardziej w metabolizm aktywacyjny 1-nitroakrydyn niż metabolizm detoksykacyjny.

PublicationPraca zawiera wyniki badań metabolicznej transformacji przeciwnowotworowych pochodnych akrydyny wobec zestawu 16 prób enzymów mikrosomalnych, pochodzących z wątroby 16 różnych pacjentów. Wykazano, że za metabolizm tych związków u człowieka odpowiedzialne są głównie izoenzymy z rodziny CYP2.

PublicationtBu2P-PLi-P(tBu)2*2THF reaguje z [(Et3P)2MCl2] (M = Ni, Pd) dając odpowiednio [(1,2-h-tBu2P=P-P(tBu)2)Ni(PEt3)Cl] i [(1,2-h-tBu2P=P-P(tBu)2)Pd(PEt3)Cl]. Związek tBu2P-PLi-P(tBu)2 utlenia się i ligand tBu2P-P-P(tBu)2 przyjmuje w produktach strukturę bocznie związanego kationu z krótkim wiązaniem P-P. Reakcja ze związkami platyny nie dała oczekiwanych produktów.

Główną ścieżką reakcji jest rozszczepienie wiązania P-P w startowym R2P-P(SiMe3)2, po czym następuje utworzenie kompleksu zawierającego P2: [{(R'3P)2Pt}2P2] oraz difosfanu R2P-PR2. Collisions of electrons with trimethylphosphine [P(CH3)3] molecules
PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki pomiarów całkowitych przekrojów czynnych na rozpraszanie elektronów na molekułach P(CH3)3. Pomiary przeprowadzono w przedziale energii od 0,4 do 400eV. Obliczono przekroje czynne na rozpraszanie sprężyste i na jonizację. Wyniki porównano z przekrojami czynnymi dla innych związków zawierających fosfor jako atom centralny oraz grupę metylową.

PublicationW artykule opisana została synteza acylowych pochodnych 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyklododekanu przy pomocy estrów aktywnych. W bezpośredniej reakcji estrów 4-nitrofenylowych z cyklenem prowadzonej w bardzo łagodnych warunkach otrzymano pochodne mono i dipodstawienia z bardzo dobrymi wydajnościami. PublicationHerein, we present the first transformation of borylphosphine into borylphosphinite using nitrous oxide. Borylphosphine reacts with N2O via insertion of a single oxygen atom into the P−B bond and formation of a P−O−B bond system.
