  Podstawą rozważań jest teoria procesu samooczyszczania się gruntów w warun-ków aerobowych. W pracy opisano model matematyczny rozkładu zanieczyszczeń organicznych w gruncie oraz dokonano doświadczalnej weryfikacji tego modelu.Wykazano, że dla gruntów nawadnianych ściekami stężenie tlenu w ich fazie gazowej może być wyznaczane doświadczalne i obliczane. Wyniki pomiarów i ob-liczeń okazały się ze sobą zgodne.
