Raw material influence on volatile composition of agricultural distillates
PublicationCelem prezentowanej pracy było określenie za pomocą techniki HS-SPME/GC-MS charakterystycznych związków markerowych pozwalających na identyfikację pochodzenia surowcowego destylatów rolniczych. Przeprowadzone badania wskazały kilkanaście związków na podstawie obecności których można określić surowiec jakiego użyto przy produkcji destylatu.
