GAS SENSORS WITH TEMPERATURE MODULATION – AN OVERVIEW
PublikacjaAlthough different methods of improving semiconductor gas sensor properties have been proposed, a technique involving temperature modulation seems to be the most promising. Semiconductor gas sensors working with modulated temperature can be more stable and are more selective comparing with sensor working at one temperature.
