PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono metodę estymacji częstotliwości krótkiej obserwacji zaszumionego sygnału sinusoidalnego. Podstawowy pomiar uzyskuje się za pomocą DFT. Jednak taki pomiar dla krótkich obserwacji cechuje bardzo mała dokładność. W omawianej metodzie pomiar ten jest poprawiany z użyciem specjalnie dobranego filtru cyfrowego.
