Influence of Laser Treatment on Microstructure of Surface Layer of the Ti-6Al-4V Alloy
PublikacjaPrzedstawiono mikrostrukturę powierzchni, przekroju i przełomu warstwy wierzchniej stopu Ti-6Al-4V uzyskanej po nadtapianiu laserem w różnym środowisku. Stwierdzono wzrost mikrotwardości stopu w warstwie nadtopionej, rozdrobnienie ziarna, a także tworzenie azotków tytanu i mikropęknięć skutkiem obecności znacznych naprężeń własnych. Grubość wytworzonych warstw osiągała wartość 1,5 mm.

Application of pH measurements for the following the course of biological treatment of wastewater and its control
PublikacjaZaprezentowano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w skali laboratoryjnej w reaktorze imitującym działanie reaktora SBR. Oczyszczaniu poddano ścieki syntetyczne z dodatkiem glukozy. W trakcie oczyszczania ścieków monitorowano zmiany pH, redox, przewodności oraz stężenia azotu amonowego, azotanów i fosforanów. Stwierdzono korelację między pH i zmianami stężenia fosoranów oraz brak podobnej zależności dla związków azotowych.

PublikacjaOpisano rezultaty badań wywołanych obróbką cieplną zmian mikrostruktury na właściwości magnetosprężyste stali T22 oraz P92. Badano pętle histerezy amagnetycznej, polowy efekt Barkhausena (HBE) oraz emisję magnetoakustyczną (EMA). Wykazano, iż komplementarna analiza HBE oraz EMA (obwiednie natężenia i szybkości zliczania impulsów) pozwala na jakościową ocenę charakteru zmian mikrostruktury badanych materiałów.

Preliminary investigations on biological treatment of aqueous phase separated from cutting fluids
PublikacjaZaprezentowano wyniki fizykochemicznego podczyszczania przepracowanych cieczy obróbkowych pochodzących z różnych źródeł. Emulsje przepracowanych cieczy obróbkowych zostały rozdzielone na fazę organiczną i wodną z wykorzystaniem różnych koagulantów. Wydzielona faza wodna została następnie poddana biologicznemu oczyszczaniu z wykorzystaniem osadu czynnego. W wyniku oczyszczania ścieków uzyskano 59-88% obniżenie wartości ChZT.
