PublicationW artykule przedstawiono problem zastosowania i realizacji interfejsów CTI w architekturze softswitcha. Dokonano analizy, pod kątem funkcjonalności, dwóch standardów CTI: CSTA oraz Parlay/OSA. Następnie wykonano model softswitcha z interfejsem CTI w standardzie CSTA w oparciu o projekt FreeSWITCH, na którym to modelu przeprowadzono testy i badania.
