PublicationBadano możliwości wykorzystania fluktuacji rezystancji w cienkich warstwach TiO2 do wykrywania gazów. Pomiary przeprowadzono, gdy próbka była oświetlona promieniowaniem ultrafioletowym o długości 370nm, w obecności gazu H2S.
