PublicationPrzedstawiono zależności Mott'a - Schottky'ego dla różnych częstotliwości pomiarowych. Kształt uzyskanych zależności zależy od doboru tych częstotliwości. Związane jest to z tym, że stężenie defektów w warstwie pasywnej zależy od doboru częstotliwości. Metoda DEIS pozwala na uniknięcie tych niedogodności.
