PublicationZbadano aktywność cytotoksyczną, in vitzo dwóch nowych grup cytostatyków akrydynowych zawierających skondensowane pierścienie heterocykliczne w stosunku do komórek nowotworowych linii wrażliwych i opornych. Otrzymane wyniki potwierdziły naszą wcześniejszą hipotezę o istotnej roli pierścieni hetero-cyklicznych w pokonywaniu krzyżowej oporności wielolekowej.
