PublicationOznaczono zawartość związków cynoorganicznych w próbkach wątrób pochodzących od ssaków morskich złowionych w polskiej strefie ekonomicznej Morza Bałtyckiego. W ramach przeprowadzonych badań opracowana została oryginalna metodyka analityczna. Całkowite stężenie związków z tej grupy wahało się w granicach od 43,9 do 7698 ng Sn/g próbki (w przeliczeniu na suchą masę). Badano zależność stężeń tych związków od wieku i płci osobników.

PublicationWprowadzono nową metodę służącą do oznaczania in vitro pojedynczych pęknięć nici DNA powstałych pod wpływem naświetlań. Porównano wyniki otrzymane z nowej metody z modelem teoretycznym. Porównano wyniki z szeroko używaną metodą elektroforezy żelowej. Pokazano, że poziom pojedynczych pęknięć powstających w niciach DNA pod wpływem promieniowania VUV jest wyższy niż zakładany na podstawie wyników otrzymywanych metodami standardowymi.

Cobalt(II) tri-tert-butoxysilanethiolates: in search of models for catalytic metal site of liver alcohol dehydrogenase
PublicationPrzeprowadzono syntezę trzech kompleksów: [Co{SSi(OBut)3}2(NH3)(L-pic)],[Co{SSi(OBut)3}2(NH3)2]xMeCN i [Co{SSi(OBut)3}3(H2O)][NHEt3]. Kompleksy są monomeryczne, dla nich wyznaczono strukturę krystalograficzną. Kompleks [Co{SSi(OBut)3(NH3)(L-pic)] o rdzeniu CoN2OS2 posiada dwa różne ligandy azotowe, zaś [Co{SSi(OBut)3(L-pic)] stanowi substrat do syntezy związku modelującego centrum katalityczne LADH.
