PublicationW opracowaniu przedstawiono najważniejsze spostrzeżenia będące wynikiem badań dotyczących metodyki Lean Six Sigma przeprowadzonych w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw . Na podstawie tych badań sformułowano warunki jakim musi odpowiadać metodyka projektowania i wykorzystania LSS w sektorze MŚP. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na konieczność zapewnienia trwałości przyjętych rozwiązań metodycznych.
