Dla jednej pochodnej wyznaczono strukturę rentgenowską. Związek nr 36 wykazuje wysoką aktywność przeciwnowotworową w stosunku do 13 linii komórek nowotworowych o poziomie GI_50 w zakresie stężeń 1,9-3,0 μM.
