Ocena warunków procesu precypitacji węglanu wapnia w reaktorze gaz(CO2)-lift
PublikacjaOtrzymywano węglan wapnia w reakcji wodorotlenku wapnia z dwutlenkiem węgla. Zbadano wpływ stężenia Ca(OH)2 oraz prędkości przepływu dwutlenku węgla na czas reakcji i wykorzystanie CO2. Określono strukturę otrzymanych cząstek CaCO3 za pomocą XRD.

Rozkłady wielkości kryształów otrzymanych w reaktorze kolumnowym ciecz-ciecz z mieszaniem
PublikacjaZaobserwowano, że rozkłady wielkości kropel w reaktorze airlift z mieszaniem zmieniają się w czasie emulgowania i osiągają postać ostateczną po upływie około 20 minut. Podczas precypitacji węglanu wapnia w układzie emulsyjnym, największe cząstki stałe otrzymano dla częstości obrotów 40 1/s. Stwierdzono, że wzrost stężenia reagentów oraz obniżenie stężenia emulgatora skutkują wzrostem wielkości cząstek stałych.

Wpływ glikolu etylenowego na wielkość kryształów węglanu wapnia strącanych w reaktorze typu airlift
PublikacjaProwadzono precypitację węglanu wapnia w reakcji ditlenku węgla z wodorotlenkiem wapnia w obecności glikolu etylenowego. Zaobserwowano, że przeciętna wielkość kryształów CaCO3 w punkcie końcowym precypitacji malała od około 4x10^-6 m do 2,8x10^-6 m, o ile stężenie glikolu etylenowego w mieszninie reakcyjnej wzrastało od 0 do 15% obj. Natomiast wzrost stężenia glikolu do 20% obj. skutkował wzrostem kryształów CaCO3.
