PublicationBadano możliwości wykorzystania fluktuacji rezystancji w cienkich warstwach TiO2 do wykrywania gazów. Pomiary przeprowadzono, gdy próbka była oświetlona promieniowaniem ultrafioletowym o długości 370nm, w obecności gazu H2S. PublicationW pracy opisano właściwości elektryczne i mechaniczne cienkich warstw zawierających TiN. Warstwy tlenkowe TiO2 i TiO2-SiO2 zostały przygotowane metodą zol-żel i następnie poddane procesowi amonolizy. Przewodność elektryczna została zmierzona w zaktesie temperatur 10-900K. Warstwy o dużej zawartości TiN charakteryzują się małą energią aktywacji, poniżej 0,1eV. Badania wykazały dużą twardość próbek o wysokiej zawartości TiN.
