Isomer effects on the total cross section for electron scattering from C4F6molecules.
PublicationZmierzono całkowity przekrój czynny (TCS) na rozpraszanie elektronów na drobinach 1,3-C4F6. Pomiary przeprowadzono w zakresie energii elektronu od 0,6do 370 eV. Wyniki porównano z TCS otrzymanym poprzednio dla 2-C4F6. Stwierdzono wpływ różnic strukturalnych na otrzymane energetyczne zależności TCS (tzw. efekt izomeryczny).

Opracowane kompozycje oparto na ekologicznej, trójskładnikowej mieszaninie glikolu 1,2-propylenowego, 1,3-propylenowego oraz glicerolu.

Badania wpływu twardości materiału obrabianego na temperaturę docieraka podczas docierania powierzchni płaskich
PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu twardości materiału obrabianego na wzrost temperatury docieraka. Obrabiano elementy ze stali C45 na docierarce jednotarczowej. Porównano obróbkę elementów walcowych o średnicy 17 mm i twardości 160 i 650 HV mikroziarnami węglika krzemu F400/17. W badaniach wykorzystano kamerę termowizyjną.

Preparation of Pseudopeptides Building Blocks with Retro-Thioamide Bond Mediated via Thiocarbamoyl Meldrum's Acid
PublicationAn easy and efficient synthesis of pseudo tripeptide containing a thiomalonamide moiety was developed. Isothiocyanate derivatives of amino acids react smoothly with 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione yielding new thiocarbamoyl Meldrum's acids. Thermal decomposition of this new Meldrum's acid derivatives generate thiocarbamoyl ketenes, which acylate amino acid esters to give pseudo tripeptides.

Boron Difluoride Complexes of Carbamoyl Meldrum's Acids
Publication5-[Hydroxy(aryl/alkylamino)methylene]-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones react with BF3•Et2O in mild conditions leading to the formation of boron difluoride complexes of carbamoyl Meldrum's acids. The X-ray structure has been obtained for one representative complex. The obtained new compounds are fairly stable at standard ambient conditions and easily isolable.

Halogen bonded polypseudorotaxanes based on a pillar[5]arene host
PublicationTwo crystalline supramolecular polypseudorotaxanes were obtained by combining permethylated pillar[5]arene as a macrocyclic wheel with 1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)butane and 1,4-bis(iodoethynyl)benzene or 1,4-diiodo-1,3-butadiyne linked by C–I⋯N halogen bonds and creating a polyrotaxane axis. The resulting highly ordered supramolecular arrays were characterized by X-ray crystallography.

One-step formation of n-alkenyl-malonamides and n-alkenyl-thiomalonamides from carbamoyl meldrum's acids.
PublicationA one-pot synthesis for the preparation of N-alkenyl-malonamides and N-alkenyl-thiomalonamides was developed. 5-[Hydroxy/mercapto(aryl/alkylamino)methylene]-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione act as a source of ketenes that react with the tautomeric form of alkyl-(2-phenyl-propylidene)-amines. A possible [2+2] or [4+2] cycloaddition product of ketene to imines was not observed.
