  Spektroskopia oscylacyjna FTIR w zakresie drgania OD cząsteczki HDO została zastosowana do zbadania różnych form fosforanów w kolejności malejącego stopnia protonacji: H3PO4, KH2PO4, K2HPO4, K3PO4.
