Wymieniony enzym zachowuje aktywność w zakresie pH 5,5-8,0 i prawie nie zmniejsza aktywności po 60 min inkubacji w 65 C. PublicationCelem pracy było określenie wrażliwości gramujemnych i gramdodatnich bakterii na działanie ciśnienia 193MPa w temp. -20°C w obecności lizozymu lub nizyny. Stwierdzono, że połączone działanie ciśnienia i badanych substancji przeciwdrobnoustrojowych na zawiesiny bakterii Escherichia coli i Staphylococcus aureus powodowało większy stopień inaktywacji komórek niż suma efektów wywieranych przez pojedyncze czynniki.

PublicationSkonstruowano i przetestowano specyficzne mikroukłady przeciwciał selektyw-nie wiążących bakterie. Otrzymane układy umożliwiają wykrywanie bakterii E.coli0157:H7 oraz Renibacterium salmoninarum (RS). Matryce wytworzono techni-ką nadruku mikrokontaktów (ćCP). Charakterystykę układów uzyskano stosującmikroskopię skaningową (SPM). Ustalono, że selektywność otrzymanych układówobniża się podczas ekspozycji na bakterie niespecyficzne.

PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań wnikania tlenu w reaktorze airlift z cyrkulacją zewnętrzną. W strefie opadania reaktora cząstki nośnika stałego z immobilizowanymi bakteriami tworzyły odwrotną warstwę fluidalną. PublicationPrzedstawiono badania dotyczące wpływu temperatury na właściwości sedymentacyjne osadu czynnego w dwóch komunalnych oczyszczalniach ścieków. Sezonowe zmiany opadalności osadu związane są ze zmianami temperatury oraz zmianą składu populacji bakterii osadu czynnego (bakterie nitkowate). Na rozwój tych bakterii wpływa nie tylko temperatura, lecz także intensywność napowietrzania oraz dostępność substancji pożywkowych.
