PublicationThe paper presents a study regarding the identification of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in fresh waters and surface sediments on the western shore of Admiralty Bay over four sampling seasons from 2017 to 2018. PublicationPraca zawiera wyniki badań metabolicznej transformacji przeciwnowotworowych pochodnych akrydyny wobec zestawu 16 prób enzymów mikrosomalnych, pochodzących z wątroby 16 różnych pacjentów. Wykazano, że za metabolizm tych związków u człowieka odpowiedzialne są głównie izoenzymy z rodziny CYP2.

PublicationDogodna metoda syntezy pochodnych 4,7-dihydroksytioauronów poprzez rekcję typu ''one pot'' aldehydu benzoesowego z 4-acetylo-2-oxo-benz[1,3]oxatiolem i octanem piperydyny w środowisku DMSO. Strukturę związku udowodniono metodami NMR. Układ tioauronowy powstaje w wyniku trzech kolejnych reakcji: otwarcia pierścienia oksatiolonowego, utleniania powstałego ugrupowania merkaptanowego i kondensacji z aldehydem benzoesowym.
