Dla R = iPr oraz iPr2N powstają sole R2P-P(SiMe3)Li·3THF, w których atom litu jest czterokrotnie koordynowany a dla R = Ph powstaje sól [Li·3DME]+[Ph2P-PSiMe3]-, która posiada budowę jonową. Synthesis of some quaternary N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoxy-D,L-ribitol-5-yl)ammonium salts
PublikacjaOpisano matodę pomyślnego usuwania izopropylidenowych grup ochronnych z 1,4-anhydro-2,3-O-izopropylideno-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i czwartorzędowych soli N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoksy-D,L-rybitolo-5-yl)amoniowych. Struktury otrzymanych związków zostały określone przy pomocy analizy spektralnej, w tym 2D NMR. Otrzymano także dane dyfrakcyjne dla monokryształów 1,4-anhydro-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i jego pochodnych 2,3-O-izopropylidenowych.

Induction of secondary metabolite production in transformated callus of Ammi majus L. grown after electromagnetic treatment of culture medium
PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań, których celem było zbadanie wpływu elicytacji przy użyciu ADR-4, na produkcję metabolitów wtórnych. Elicytacja ADR-4 zwiększyła 2-krotnie zawartość bergaptenu. Porównano również efektywność 3 technik ekstrakcyjnych stosowanych do izolacji feuranokumaryn, kumaryn i ich glikozydów z kalusa A.majus. Ekstrakcja przy użyciu techniki ASE okazała się najbardziej efektywna.

New locations, distribution and protection of the red helleborine Cephalanthera rubra (L.) Rich. (Orchidaceae) in the Augustów Primeval Forest (NE Poland)
PublikacjaCephalanthera rubra (L.) Rich. is a species under strict protection, very rare in the Suwałki region. In recent years, two sites were discovered in the Wigry National Park.
