Na etapie opracowywania metody dobrano optymalne parametry ekstrakcji lotnych analitów techniką SPME. Przeprowadzono również elementy walidacji tej procedury. Zaproponowano też substancje markerowe mogące posłużyć za wyróżniki procesu utleniania lipidów.
