The possibility of use monoacylglycerols in a stabilization of microemulsion systems
PublicationMikroemulsje sporządzono przy użyciu mieszaniny monoestrów kwasów tłuszczowych z różną kompozycją wybranych anionowych i niejonowych surfaktantów. Badano wpływ mieszaniny surfaktantów oraz zawartości fazy wodnej i olejowej na zachowanie się faz w układach. Wykazano, że obecność surfaktantu bardziej hydrofilowego niż monoacyloglicerole wpływa na otrzymanie mikroemulsji zawierających większe stężenia wody.
