PublicationPrzedstawiono wyniki badań przewodnictwa d.c i a.c. szkieł BixGe1-xO2-0.5x (gdzie x=0.13, 0.23, 0.33, 0.47) i BixSi1-xO2-0.5x (gdzie x=0.47, 0.57, 0.67). Wyniki sugerują, że przewodnictwo elektryczne jest zdeterminowane ruchem jonów tlenu. Znaczący wzrost przewodnictwa elektrycznego przy x> 0.33 został wytłumaczony na podstawie faz perkolacyjnego modelu ruchu jonów w podsieci BiO5-6.
