Obliczenia wykonano dla ściskania w płaskim stanie odkształcenia stosując metodę elementów skończonych na bazie mikropolarnego prawa hipoplastycznego. Wpływ anizotropii modelowano stosując skorelowane pola początkowego wskaźnika porowatości.

PublicationZmierzono i policzono przekroje czynne (TCS) na rozproszenie elektronów na drobinach furanu (C4H4O). Całkowite przekroje czynne zmierzono metodą transmisyjną w zakresie energii 0.6 - 400 eV. Sprężysty i jonizacyjny przekrój czyny obliczono dla energii zderzenia do 4 keV; powyżej 70 eV suma obu przekrojów pozostaje w dobrej zgodności z mierzonymi wartościami TCS.

PublicationBadano wpływ zewnętrznego pola elektrycznego na prawdopodobieństwo rekombinacji nośników ładunku w molekularnych ciałach stałych. Przybliżenie analityczne wykazuje, że prawdopodobieństwo to maleje ze wzrostem pola elektrycznego. Otrzymane wyniki mogą być pomocne w wyjaśnieniu spadku wydajności elektroluminescencji w jednowarstwowych diodach elektroluminescencyjnych w zakresie wysokich pól elektrycznych.
