PublicationWprowadzono nową metodę służącą do oznaczania in vitro pojedynczych pęknięć nici DNA powstałych pod wpływem naświetlań. Porównano wyniki otrzymane z nowej metody z modelem teoretycznym. Porównano wyniki z szeroko używaną metodą elektroforezy żelowej.
