Growth and characterization of chalcopyrite nanocrystals: beyond conventional thin films
PublikacjaPrzedstawiona została sucha metoda wytwarzania na podłożach stałych kryształów chalkopirytu zawierających miedź z wykorzystaniem prekursorów metalicznych. Dzięki odpowiedniemu doborowi parametrów nakładania otrzymano zarówno nanokryształy oraz polikrystaliczne struktury submikronowe jak i makroskopowe klastry. Zamieszczona została charakterystyka wytworzonych materiałów otrzymana techniką mikroskopii skaningowej.
