Badania prowadzono w temperaturze pokojowej oraz w warunkach typowych dla technologii HiTAC, tj. w temperaturze powyżej samozapłonu paliwa i przy różnej zawartości tlenu w utleniaczu. Wykazano możliwość wykorzystania technologii HiTAC do spalania takich paliw.
