BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM BAKERY WASTES -DYNAMICS, RETENTION TIME AND BIOGAS POTENTIAL
PublikacjaThis paper presents results of bakery-waste methane-fermentation. The scope of the study covers the determination of basic physicochemical parameters, process dynamics and retention time as well as biogas composition and biogas efficiency.
