Electrical and structural properties of Nb-doped SrTiO3
PublikacjaNiobium-doped strontium titanate synthesized via conventional solid-state reaction has been studied. Influence of niobium content on the lattice parameters and electrical conductivity has been reported. Various reduction conditions have been investigated.
