Rozpoznawanie cząsteczek substancji smakowych za pomocą oscylatorów z membraną ciekłą zawierających jonowe surfaktanty.
PublikacjaBadano możliwość zastosowania oscylatorów z membraną ciekłą zawierający kationowy (chlorek benzylodimetylotetradecyloamonowy) lub anionowy (oleinian sodu) surfaktant do rozpoznawania substancji odpowiedzialnych za wrażenia smakowe. Wykazano, że charakterystyki oscylacyjne są odmienne dla układów zawierających różne substancje smakowe. Można stwierdzić, że układy badane mogą być stosowane do rozróżniania substancji smakowych.
