Experimental research on technical fabric of the Forest Opera Roof in Sopot
PublikacjaThe experimental analysis of the technical fabric Valmex is presented. The study involves uniaxial tensile, cyclic, rheological and biaxial tests. Some of the main differencies between two types of the analysed material have been identified. Mechanical properties of the textile have been modeled by the viscoelastic standard model with quite good effect.

Moment resistance of I-section end-plate roof girder splices; a case study
PublikacjaThis article deals with the problem of determining the resistance of end-plate connections. A nonlinear FEM model of the joint was constructed in order to predict its carrying capacity. A standard code procedure was done as well. The analyses have been done to assess atypical end-plate joints designed and constructed as a part of roof structures.

Influence of mesh density on 2D viscous flutter in a turbomachinery cascade
PublikacjaIn this study numerical simulations of 2D viscous flutter were performed and compared with available experimental results for various mesh densities and flow parameters. PublikacjaThree models of thin-layer lead-halide perovskite solar cells with different electron-transport layers (TiO2,SnO2,ZnO) were investigatedby the simulation method. PublikacjaIn the present paper the synthesis conditions for fabrication of Bi1−xNdxFeO3 ceramics are reported. The single phase polycrystalline samples of Bi1−xNdxFeO3 were prepared by standard solid state reaction method from the mixture of oxides viz.: Bi2O3, Fe2O3 and Nd2O3. The samples were characterized by impedance spectroscopy in the frequency range 10Hz – 1MHz at room temperature.

PublikacjaW artykule zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów temperatury skóry człowieka podczas próby wysiłkowej. Ponieważ uzyskane wyniki nie podlegają rozkładowi normalnemu, wyznaczono wartości pięciu różnych estymatorów menzurandu. Otrzymane rezultaty wykazały, że w rozważanym przypadku najlepszy estymator menzurandu otrzymujemy z metody bootstrap, ponieważ charakteryzuje się on najmniejszym odchyleniem standardowym.
