PublicationOpisano wyniki badań nowej procedury oznaczania analitów z grupy wielopierścieniowych węglowodorów aromatycznych oraz polichlorowanych bifenyli w próbkach osadów dennych. Szczególnie dużo uwagi poświęcono zbadaniu możliwości wykorzystania techniki przyspieszonej ekstrakcji analitów za pomocą rozpuszczalnika na etapie izolacji wzbogacania. W badaniach wzięło udział siedem laboratoriów (Belgia, Niemcy, Portugalia). W rezultacie dowiedziono, iż opracowana metoda umożliwia uzyskanie dokładnych, powtarzalnych i odtwarzalnych wyników analiz dla wszystkich badanych słodzików i typów żywności.

PublicationOpracowano i zwalidowano metodykę do oznaczania śladowych ilości sześciu różnych związków z grupy niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych w próbkach wodnych. Anality zostały wybrane spośród najczęsciej sprzedawanych leków w Polsce. Sprawdzono kilka różnych kolumienek ekstrakcyjnych i wybrano RP-18 jako najlepsze wypełnienie do wzbogacania oznaczanych związków. Opracowaną metodykę z powodzeniem zastosowano do analizy próbek rzeczywistych.

The research on properties of asphaltene stationary phase to separate mixtures of optically active compounds with the use of gas chromatography technique
PublicationW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań nad możliwością zastosowania asfaltenów jako chiralnej fazy stacjonarnej do chromatografii gazowej. Wyniki uzyskane dla fazy asfaltenowej porównano z wynikami uzyskanymi poprzez zastosowanie komercyjnie dostępnej chiralnej fazy stacjonarnej. Badania wykazały, że frakcja asfaltenowa posiada właściwości umożliwiające uzyskanie rozdzielenia mieszanin związków optycznie czynnych.
