PublicationPrzedstawione jest zastosowanie arktycznej beta-galaktozydazy Pseudoalteromonas sp. 22b do katalizy syntezy alkilowych galaktopyranozydów. Njwyższą wydajność syntezy uzyskuje się przy pH 6-9 i 10-30% stężenia wody.
