W badaniach wykorzystano technikę zimnych par spektrometrii absorpcji atomowej (CVAAS). Stwierdzono korelacje między poziomami zawartości rtęci w poszczególnych tkankach kormorana. Obliczono wartosci współczynnika biowzmocnienia dla każdego rodzaju badanych próbek.
