Preparation, composition and properties of fish silage produced with post-coagulation sludge
PublikacjaPost-coagulation sludge was added to fish fydrolyzates (silage). Silage was prepared using whole sprats. Technology of the process has been modified and sulphuric acid was replaced with phosphoric acid.
