PublikacjaW pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań, których celem było zbadanie wpływu elicytacji przy użyciu ADR-4, na produkcję metabolitów wtórnych. Elicytacja ADR-4 zwiększyła 2-krotnie zawartość bergaptenu. Porównano również efektywność 3 technik ekstrakcyjnych stosowanych do izolacji feuranokumaryn, kumaryn i ich glikozydów z kalusa A.majus. Ekstrakcja przy użyciu techniki ASE okazała się najbardziej efektywna.

Synthesis of some quaternary N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoxy-D,L-ribitol-5-yl)ammonium salts
PublikacjaOpisano matodę pomyślnego usuwania izopropylidenowych grup ochronnych z 1,4-anhydro-2,3-O-izopropylideno-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i czwartorzędowych soli N-(1,4-anhydro-5-deoksy-D,L-rybitolo-5-yl)amoniowych. Struktury otrzymanych związków zostały określone przy pomocy analizy spektralnej, w tym 2D NMR. Otrzymano także dane dyfrakcyjne dla monokryształów 1,4-anhydro-5-O-tozylo-D,L-rybitolu i jego pochodnych 2,3-O-izopropylidenowych.

PublikacjaTotal mercury levels in different feather types (down, contour, tail and flight) in Great Cormorants (Phalacrocorax carbo L.) were determined using CV-AAS. Feathers from Great Cormorants inhabiting the Vistula Lagoon ecosystem have an average Hg level of 7.14 ± 3.99 (μg/g w.w.).
