Raw material influence on volatile composition of agricultural distillates
PublikacjaCelem prezentowanej pracy było określenie za pomocą techniki HS-SPME/GC-MS charakterystycznych związków markerowych pozwalających na identyfikację pochodzenia surowcowego destylatów rolniczych.
