PublikacjaOpisano nową metodę identyfikacji i wizualizacji szumów RTS. Metoda ta oparta na graficznym przedstawieniu przebiegu szumowego jest szczególnie użyteczna do szybkiej selekcji elektronicznych elementów półprzewodnikowych.
