Nonlinear Impedance as Possible Result of Ion-Polaron Interaction in Cu2O-Al2O3-SiO2 Glass
PublicationNonlinear a.c. impedance measurements were performed in Cu2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glass in wide frequency range. The obtained results shows that a large nonlinearity in the impedance signal is observed at moderate electric fields of an order 1V/mm. PublicationZewnętrzne pole magnetyczne (B=100mT) zwiększa fotoprzewodnictwo w hydro-sychinolinowym kompleksie aluminium (Alq3) o 6%. W silniejszych polach magnetycznych (B>100mT) wielkość efektu osiąga stałą wartość.
