PublicationPorównano dynamiczne przebiegi obciążeń i odkształceń w próbie udarowej ze spadajacą masą dla płytek z kompozytu epoksydowego zbrojonego tkaniną hybrydową aramidowo szklaną lub warstwami tkanin aramidowej i szklanej w stanie suchym i po ekspozycji w wodzie. Wyniki eksperymentalne porównano z przewidywniami teoretycznymi. Uzyskano dobrą zgodność.

PublicationThis study investigated changes in the phenolic composition, total antioxidant activity (TAA) and starch digestibility in white and brown rice due to three different cooking procedures, and subsequent reheating of cooked rice after storage.
