Należą do nich m.in. substancje naturalne jak...

Chemical characterization of dew water collected in different geographic regions of Poland

The effect of freeze-drying and storage on lysozyme activity, lactoferrin content, superoxide dismutase activity, total antioxidant capacity and fatty acid profile of freeze-dried human milk
PublicationPooled human milk samples were freeze-dried and stored for 6 weeks at a temperature of 5 C and 25 C. Freeze-drying decreased the water content of milk by 86.5%, and the obtained lyophilizate was readily soluble in water. The freeze-drying process did not affect superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, fatty acid (FA) profile or lactoferrin (LF) content, but it decreased total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of human milk by 22.1% and induced...

Solubility of Carbon Dioxide in Deep Eutectic Solvents Based on 3-Amino-1-Propanol and Tetraalkylammonium Salts at Low Pressure
PublicationDeep eutectic solvents (DESs) became an object of a great interest as an alternative to ionic liquids (ILs) and commonly used in CO2 capture amine solutions. In the present study, five different DESs based on 3-amino-1-propanol as physical-chemical CO2 absorbents were used. The composition was chosen in order to estimate the effects of hydrogen bond acceptor:hydrogen bond donor (HBA:HBD) molar ratio, anion type and length of alkyl...

zaduszki miejskie PRZYSTANEK PO ZMROKU

O mozliwości zastosowania w membranowym sensorze smaku elektrod z elektroaktywnym polimerem
PublicationSkonstruowano i testowano nowe elektrody membranowe z polimerem elektroaktwnym w celu wykorzystania w sensorze smaku.

Photodegradation of phenol by UV/TiO2 and Vis/N,C-TiO2 processes: Comparative mechanistic and kinetic studies
PublicationPorównano drogę fotodegradacji w dwóch systemach badawczych: UV/TiO2 i Vis/N,C-TiO2. Zbadano efektywność degradacji fenolu, powstające produkty pośrednie oraz generowanie rodników hydoksylowych w przygotowanych układach badawczych. Wyniki badań wykazały porównywalne efektywności degradacji fenolu w zawiesinach: domieszkowany TiO2/Vis i TiO2 P-25/UV.

Deep Eutectic Solvents: Properties and Applications in CO2 Separation
PublicationNowadays, many researchers are focused on finding a solution to the problem of global warming. Carbon dioxide is considered to be responsible for the “greenhouse” effect. The largest global emission of industrial CO2 comes from fossil fuel combustion, which makes power plants the perfect point source targets for immediate CO2 emission reductions. A state-of-the-art method for capturing carbon dioxide is chemical absorption using...
