PublicationBadano możliwość zastosowania oscylatorów z membraną ciekłą zawierający kationowy (chlorek benzylodimetylotetradecyloamonowy) lub anionowy (oleinian sodu) surfaktant do rozpoznawania substancji odpowiedzialnych za wrażenia smakowe.
