Process management methodology for quality systems of small organizations
PublikacjaW artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze elementy metodyki wdrażania zorientowanych procesowo systemów zarządzania jakością wg normy ISO 9001. Zaprezentowano przykład struktury procesów systemu jakości oraz prosta metodę opisu procesów (przewodnik procesu). Omówiono założenia metodyki oraz wybrane sposoby nadzorowania procesów.
