Analysis of graphene multi-strip planar guiding structures with the use of spectral domain approach
PublikacjaSpectral domain approach is modified and used to analyze some simple structures containing graphene strips. The modification is simple and concerns the Green’s function only. Moreover, the method is combined with the recently published root finding algorithms, which significantly improve the efficiency of the analysis. The results obtained for a simple guiding structure is verified and the field displacement effect is confirmed.

Monotone iterative method for first-order differential equations at resonance
PublikacjaThis paper concerns the application of the monotone iterative technique for first-order differential equations involving Stieltjes integrals conditions. We discuss such problems at resonance when the measure in the Stieltjes integral is positive and also when this measure changes the sign. Nodal cooperation equilibrium analysis in multi-hop wireless ad hoc networks with a reputation system
PublikacjaMotivated by the concerns of cooperation security, this work examines selected principles of state-of-the-art reputation systems for multi-hop ad hoc networks and their impact upon optimal strategies for rational nodes. An analytic framework is proposed and used for identification of effective cooperation-enforcement schemes. It is pointed out that optimum rather than high reputation can be expected to be sought by rational nodes.
