PublikacjaOtrzymano nanostruktury krystalicznego bizmutu w matrycy XO2(X=Si,Ge) oraz warstwę nanostruktur krystalicznego bizmutu na powierzchni redukowanych w atmosferze wodoru szkieł Bi0.33Ge0.67O1. i Bi0.57Si0.43O1.72. Zaproponowano prosty model budowy zredukowanych szkieł bizmutowo-germanowych potwierdzony wynikami badań AFM i XRD.
